- 2004: Full membership of the Bar and establishment of Cristian Ganj Law Office.
- 2002: Entered the profession of a lawyer and started as a trainee attorney with Bogdan Luca Law Office in Iasi.
- 2001: Worked as a project assistant and legal consultant for Community Saftey and Mediation Center - a Soros Open Network NGO based in Iasi. Assisted in the implementation of several street legal clinics in Romania and participated in working groups seeking legislative changes in the field of domestic violence and victims’ legal protection.
- 2000: Completed a Masters of Laws programme chartered by The University of the State of New York (USNY) for and on behalf of the New York State Education Department at Central European University in Budapest Hungary. Received a Legum Magister (LL.M) degree in Comparative Constitutional Law.
- 1999: Graduated "M. Kogalniceanu" Law School in Iasi, Romania and received the title of Licentiate in Juridical Sciences from State University "Al. I. Cuza".
Mr. Gânj advises and represents clients in various business and civil law litigation, marking a recognized presence within the legal community of Iasi, Romania. Current professional interests include litigation strategies, civil law and real estate. Mr. Cristian Gânj speaks fluent English at business level.
