Our civil law practice pursues the legal protection of a wide spectrum of private interests ranging from family law and inheritance to contracts, torts and small business initiatives. Our office has developed a solid body of international private law cases involving foreign citizens and their relation with Romanian law in family matters regarding divorce, separation of matrimonial property, child custody and enforcement of foreign judgments in Romania. 

BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT & CORPORATE LAW

We have advised and represented individuals and companies in the process of company creation and establishment, drafting by-laws, filling in Trade registry applications and guiding in all aspects related to business establishment and/or operation in Romania.

For companies that are already in business, we manage the legal work related to contracts negotiation, representation,  ensuring the legality of shareholders resolutions and meetings,  managing disputes between shareholders, advising on employment law, employee benefits and personnel management,  assistance in bankruptcy procedures and exit strategies.

REAL ESTATE

The area of real estate is covered through a wide range of quality legal services offered with the same responsibility and dedication regardless whether you choose to buy a home here or make an investment for the future. Assistance in also provided in the area of land acquisitions, building permits process and investment planning and development.
